• 9. Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
• 10. Decision(s) taken by Gopalan Cinemas shall be final and binding.

• 1. If the Customer leaves the Gopalan Cinemas before they complete their service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
