• 2. Entry is allowed only for valid ticket holders.
• 3. Patrons below the age of 18 years cannot be admitted for movies certified `A`.
• 4. Please carry age proof for movies certified `A`.
• 5. Children above the age of 3 years require tickets.
• 6. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the cinema premises.
• 7. Pre-booked Food & Beverages have to be collected by the patrons from the F&B counter by showing a valid booking ID.
• 8. In case a ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket cannot be issued.
• 9. Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
• 10. Decision(s) taken by Gopalan Cinemas shall be final and binding.
• 11. Kindly keep your laptop bags/baggage with security as per management policy. We request you to cooperate for the same.
• 12. Items like laptops, camera, knives, lighter, match box, cigarettes, firearms and all types of inflammable objects are strictly prohibited.
• 13. Patrons under the influence of alcohol or any other form of drugs will not be allowed inside the cinema premises.
• 14. Ticket prices and movie schedules are subject to change without any prior notification.
• 15. Screenshots or forwarded messages will not be accepted during the entry at the Cinema.

Refund Policy

• 1. • If the Customer leaves the Gopalan Cinemas before they complete their service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
• 2.• Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the Gopalan Cinemas to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
