• Seat layout page for Gopalan cinemas is for representational purposes only and actual seat layout might vary.
• Entry is allowed only for valid ticket holders.
• Patrons below the age of 18 years cannot be admitted for movies certified `A`.
• Please carry age proof for movies certified `A`.
• Children above the age of 3 years require tickets.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the cinema premises.
• Pre-booked Food & Beverages have to be collected by the patrons from the F&B counter by showing a valid booking ID.
• In case a ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket cannot be issued.
• Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
• Decision(s) taken by Gopalan Cinemas shall be final and binding.
• Kindly keep your laptop bags/baggage with security as per management policy.
• Items like laptops, camera, knives, lighter, match box, cigarettes, firearms and all types of inflammable objects are strictly prohibited.
• Patrons under the influence of alcohol or any other form of drugs will not be allowed inside the cinema premises.
• Ticket prices and movie schedules are subject to change without any prior notification.
• Screenshots or forwarded messages will not be accepted during the entry at the Cinema.

Online Payment Terms And Conditions

This online payment system is provided by Gopalan Cinemas. Gopalan Cinemas may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately.

• Your payment will normally reach the Gopalan Cinemas account within two working days.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to incorrect details.
• If the card supplier declines payment, Gopalan Cinemas is under no obligation to bring this to your attention.
• Gopalan Cinemas will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use this site.

Refund Policy

• If the Customer leaves before completing their service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
• Refunds, if applicable at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.
